Covid-19 updates

As announced in our communication dated March 17, NYCO has rolled out its response plan with the primary objective to protect our employees and ensure continuity of our operation to respond to customers’ demands. Teleworking is deployed for employees in France and in our production plant in Tournai (Belgium) when possible, following the recommendation of the Belgium authorities communicated on March 17, 2020.

Your Customer Support contacts can be contacted by phone or email for any request, order or follow-up of order and we continue to recommend electronic communication.

Preventive measures in our Production site in Tournai (Belgium) have been reinforced in accordance with the federal and regional directives. We do our best effort to maintain our production site at nominal capacity but have to operate with adjusted staff.

We notice an extension of supplier lead time and some difficulties to organize shipment of goods to customers.
Sea freight and air freight are both affected for all shipments outside of Europe.
Therefore, a lengthening of our manufacturing and delivery lead time is possible and we are committed to minimize the impact for our customers. However, we rely on your understanding during this unprecedent time.

Our commercial, administrative and production teams remain committed to ensuring continuity of our relation and will continue to adapt to the situation’s evolution.

Your contribution, by confirming orders currently under process and by communicating any forecast or change in forecast already communicated, is key.
