NYCOBASE®46115 FG is a complex ester that combines excellent lubricity, high oxidation resistance, excellent low-temperature behaviour, low volatility, and a high viscosity index. NYCOBASE®46115 FG is recommended for high-temperature lubricating applications and for the formulation of food-grade lubricants requiring high performance. Its high viscosity index reduces the need for viscosity index improvers, thereby significantly improving shear stability.

NYCOBASE® 46115 FG synthetic ester is NSF HX-1 certified base fluids for use in H1 lubricants, approved for incidental contact in food (10 ppm).
