NYCO renews a multi-year agreement with easyJet for the supply of TURBONYCOIL 600

NYCO announces that it has renewed partnership agreement with easyJet to continue providing the airline’s fleet of Airbus A320 CEO and NEO family with the TURBONYCOIL® 600, lubricating easyJet’s CFM56-5B and LEAP-1A engines.

EasyJet is currently flying with NYCO’s engine oil on more than 300 aircraft.

Alejandro Lopez Ruesca, easyJet’s Head Of Powerplant, said: “We are delighted to extend our existing partnership with NYCO, which started in 2017. The renewal of the agreement ensures that our fleet of Airbus A320 family will continue to be supplied by NYCO’s TURBONYCOIL® 600 – an oil which has proved its high performance and reliability after 5 years of being used on our CFM56-5B and LEAP-1A engines.“

“After 5 years using NYCO’s engine oil, this multi-year agreement extension with easyJet proves once again the excellent TURBONYCOIL® 600 technical performance and its outstanding reliability. During these past years, TURBONYCOIL® 600 has cumulated more than 5 million flight hours in a very demanding operational environment. Aligned with the ambitions of our aerospace industry, NYCO is committed to keep supporting easyJet with our innovative solutions based on a very ambitious sustainable road map” said Pedro Dasi – NYCO Director for Civil Aviation.
