“Data controller“: we, the company NYCO, as data controller, collect and process User Data in accordance with the Regulations in force, under the conditions set out below.

4. In which cases are your Data collected and which Data are concerned?

- Browsing data (in particular the default language of the equipment used, the site saves in the cache on the telephone the favorites and the search history via cookies)
- Data that you transmit to us on your own initiative when making contact, in particular your surname, first name, country, email address, professional activity, company name and position. The company’s postal address, the applicant’s telephone number and the preferred language may also be required when the User wishes to receive a safety data sheet. The profile, level of experience, CV and a cover letter are required if you wish to apply for a vacancy.
5. How is your Data protected?
Taking into account the state of knowledge, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing carried out, as well as the risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we have put in place reasonable technical, organizational, physical and logical measures to protect the Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties. 6. In what circumstances will your Data be shared?

6.3. No transfer of Data outside the European Union
The Data is stored in France at the hosting provider OVH.
7. How long is the User Data kept?
In accordance with current regulations, we keep your information for the time necessary for the purpose for which we collected it and to meet the legal or regulatory obligations to which we are subject, where applicable.
The Data of a prospective user is kept for a period of three years from the time it is collected or from the last contact from the prospective user.
Data relating to a recruitment candidate is kept in an active database if the candidate is hired. For unsuccessful candidates, we keep their Data for 3 months following the decision to refuse employment, unless the candidate consents to us keeping it for a maximum of two years in order
to submit other job ooers to them, in accordance with the Regulations.
8. How are cookies used?
8.1. What is a cookie?
The CNIL has defined a cookie as “a piece of information, generally small in size and identified by name, which can be transmitted to the browser by a website that the User connects to. The web browser will store it for a certain period of time and send it back to the web server each time the User reconnects to it.” Cookies can be used to store the customer identifier for a site, an identifier that makes it possible to track browsing for statistical or advertising purposes, etc.
